Summary:

• There is limited public information about a Brazilian player named Jairo da Silva who played for HNK Hajduk Split. Several Brazilian players named "Jairo" or "Jairo da Silva" exist, but records tying that exact name to Hajduk Split in widely used databases (Transfermarkt, Soccerway, WorldFootball, FIFA records) are not clearly documented.
• Hajduk Split has historically signed South American players, but most well-documented Brazilians at the club have distinct full names that are more commonly referenced in media and databases.

Possible next steps / sources to check:

• Club archives and official Hajduk Split roster lists (club website, matchday programs) for the seasons in question.
• National and regional databases: Croatian Football Federation (HNS) player registrations and match reports.
• Football databases: Transfermarkt, Soccerway, WorldFootball, FootballDatabase for variations of the name (e.g., Jairo, Jairo Silva, Jairo da Silva Souza, Jairo dos Santos Silva).
• Local and historical media: Croatian sports news archives, Brazilian regional press, or fan forums that track transfers and squad lists.

Note: If you can provide additional details—approximate years played, position, date of birth, or alternate name/spelling—I can perform a more targeted search and provide a fuller profile including career statistics, positions, and transfer history.
