FC Tokyo (Japan) — Youth product and senior appearances across multiple spells. Hashimoto progressed through FC Tokyo's academy and established himself in the J1 League.

FC Rostov (Russia) — Hashimoto joined Russian Premier League side FC Rostov on loan in 2018. He later signed permanently and featured for Rostov as a midfielder, known for his passing, ball retention and defensive contribution in midfield.
