Club career (highlights)
Early career: Came through the youth systems of RUS Saint-Ode, Standard Liège and Club Brugge youth setup; made his senior breakthrough at Virton and then URS Centre before moving to Belgium's top tier.
Club Brugge (2011–2016): Established himself as a first-team regular, became noted for his attacking runs from right-back and set-piece ability. Won Belgian Pro League titles and domestic cups with Club Brugge during his time there.
Paris Saint-Germain (2016–2020): Transferred to PSG where he won multiple Ligue 1 titles, Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue trophies. Served as a rotational/right-back option in a squad with high competition for places.
